Fattorie Cremona was founded in 1933 in the heart of the Po Valley on the initiative of 19 farmers who made a bold decision—both economic and entrepreneurial—to join forces in order to face market challenges together. Since then, the clearly defined intentions and the strong bond among the partners have allowed the cooperative to be well recognized both in Italy and abroad.
The heart of Fattorie Cremona’s production is milk. The associated farmers supply over 180 million liters of cow’s milk each year and operate within an exceptionally close area, ensuring maximum freshness of the raw material. The close cooperation between the farmers and the cooperative guarantees milk of very high quality, delivered daily—the result of homogeneous feed and a standardized breeding system.
The products Fattorie Cremona is the fourth-largest producer of Grana Padano in Italy, with registration numbers CR106 and MN405. The careful selection of feed and livestock, strict control over every stage of production, and attentive care during aging in its own warehouses ensure the production of Grana Padano of exceptionally high quality.
Parmigiano Reggiano is an expression of the land and human wisdom. Even today, it is produced in the same way as nine centuries ago—with the same ingredients, the same care, and the same passion, in the same area of origin. Attentive to the needs of the market and consumers, Fattorie Cremona presents it in a captivating and modern way.
