The history of the Agugiaro & Figna families is closely intertwined with nineteenth-century mowing art and today's standards of final milling industrialization and standardization in flour production. The company owns three factories in Italy, closely specialized in a particular production area.

All Agugiaro & Figna production plants are automated and equipped with sophisticated tools to certify each phase of the production process. Quality control involves particularly severe chemical and physical analyzes in the three laboratories associated with plants. For us the word "test" has a flavor of bread or a freshly baked cake, but it also has the weight of aesthetic evaluation and tasting by a team of pastry chefs, bakers and experts.
